We would like to share with you the two pillars of effective education, along which I have been experiencing for almost two decades in the world of higher education. Over the years, I have learned that a successful and valuable education is based on principles that truly inspire students and help them build their future.
Effective Knowledge Transfer - More Than Passing Exams
First of all, it is important to understand that successfully passing exams does not guarantee the acquisition of real knowledge.
We want all our students to be enriched with deep and practical knowledge in all scientific fields. We are not satisfied with a student passing a subject and not remembering anything about it tomorrow. This kind of "getting away" attitude is not in our interest, nor does it help the development of the individual. The key to effective knowledge transfer is to really learn, to get to know the essence of the given field of science, and to be able to apply it in practice. At this point, universities, teachers and teaching materials also play an important role. The development of subjects and the development of task types is extremely important, since there are areas that cannot be simply "get away with." Our experience and knowledge have been enriched the most in this area.
